My transformation began when I lost 50 pounds and culminated when I committed to healing emotionally and spiritually years ago. I learned to prioritize self-love, movement, and alignment that made me the strong, joyful, healthy woman I am today.

Hi, I'm Suzi B!

Habits Coach, Personal Trainer, Health Educator, Podcaster, Author, and Speaker

I quit my job as a fitness trainer at a gym when I realized 90% of my clients were women 35+ and 90% of them weren't getting results using the methods of training I learned in college.

I left the gym and dove into women's health research and I found the secret: women must train the body the way the hormones work in order to lose weight, feel great, and enjoy life and health!

One of my mantras: Do LESS to achieve MORE.

I've since helped hundreds of women lose thousands of pounds and more importantly, gain strength, confidence, and their sense of control back! I am here to help you become the strongest and happiest you you've ever been!
